Simon Collins was a son of Charles Collins and Mary Driscoll
Mary Brien was a daughter of Cornelius Brien and Julia McCarthy

Simon Collins of Bawnnahow and Mary Brien of Kilmore married in the Catholic Church in Drimoleague, Co. Cork on 26 February 1884.  The Witnesses were John Haurihane and Mary Ann Collins.

Deaths:

Simon Collins died at Lettergorman, Dunmanway on 16 July 1933.  From his death record he was married, aged 84 years, a farmer, cause of death was senile decay.  His son, Charles Collins of Lettergorman was the Informant of the death.

Mary Collins died at Lettergorman, Dunmanway on 13 November 1949.  From her death record she was a widow, aged 88 years, a farmer's wife.  Her grandson, John Donovan, Lettergorman was the Informant of her death.
