Ellen Harrington was a daughter of Cornelius Harrington and Elizabeth Whooly.

James Walsh, a farmer of Barnagowlane and Ellen Harrington of Kilnagospagh married in the Catholic Church in Caheragh on 16 February 1873.  The Witnesses were Daniel McCarthy and Timothy Donovan.
