Mary Donovan and Eugene (Owen) McCarthy married on February 17, 1863 in St Mary's Parish, Leap, Co. Cork.  The Witnesses were John Donovan and Andrew McCarthy.  Owen was born June 1825 in Townland Cashell, Barony Carbery, Union of Skibbereen, 

Note that Owen is the Irish version of the English name of Eugene
