Ellen Donovan, 2 January 1844, Sponsors: Dan Donovan, Nancy Hide.  Helena O'Donovan died at Antmount on 20 Aug 1935 according to her death record.  She was single, aged 84 years, a housekeeper.  Present at her death and the Informant of it to the Registrar was R. J. Donovann her nephew of Antmount.

In Griffith's Valuation for Kilscohanagh we see Richard Donovan is a tenant farmer with House, Offices and Land (part Bog) totalling 50 acres 0 rood and 32 perches (Plot 4a).  He is also the landlord of an unoccupied house (Plot 4b).  The earlier land records were the Tithe Applotment Books and for Kilscohanagh where the spelling used was Keelicohonagh the only Donovan with more than 1 acre of land was Cornelius Donovan who had 90 acres.  Anyone with less than 1 acre were not recorded.  The Book for Keelicohonagh was dated 1826.

Death:
Richard Donovan died on 29 November 1884 at Kilscohanagh.  From his death record he was married, aged 82 years, a farmer.  Present at his death and the Informant to the Civil Registrar was John O'Neill of Butlersgift, Drimoleague.
