John Driscoll was a son of Patrick Driscoll and Catherine Donovan.
 

 John Driscoll's first marriage to Catherine Brickley 

Catherine (Kate) Brickley was a daughter of David Brickley and Margaret Geany.

John Driscoll of Myross and Kate Brickley of Drishanebeg, Baltimore married on 17 February 1887 in the Catholic Church in Skibbereen, Co. Cork.  The Witnesses were Patrick Brickley and Mary Murphy.

Death:
Kate Driscoll died on 9 January 1904; her death record states she was 42 years, married, farmer's wife.  Her son, Patrick Driscoll of Myross Island was the Informant of her death.

 

 John Driscoll's second marriage to Hannah Donovan 

Marriage:
John Driscoll, a widower, of Myross Island, Union Hall and Hannah Donovan of Shepperton, Skibbereen married on 25 February 1906 in the Catholic Chapel in Union Hall, Co. Cork.  The Witnesses were Timothy Donovan and Maria Driscoll.  Hannah was a daughter of John Donovan.

Death:
John O'Driscoll died on 27 November 1933 at Myross Island.  From his death record he was a widower, aged 72 years, a farmer.  Present at his death and the Informant to the Civil Registrar was his son Pat O'Driscoll of Bawnlahan.
