For Derreenachring in 1826 we see that Samuel Kingston and George Mahony were in occupation of 384 acres of land.

Griffith's Valuation of Ireland:
In Derreenacrinnig East we see that Johanna Mahony shares over 435 acres of mountain with Daniel Sullivan and Maurice Spillane while in Derreenacrinnig West Johanna Mahony shares over 437 acres of mountain with Paul Kingston.  On her own Johanna occupies 48 acs 3 rds 17 pchs comprising house, offices and land. 

Death:
Johannah Mahony died in Derreenacrinnig on 19th April 1873.  From her death record she was a widow, aged 80 years, widow of a farmer. Present at her death and the Informant of it to the Civil Registrar was Catherine Mahony of Leitra.
