Patrick Donovan of Pluckanes and Nanno Batterberry of Shanagh married on 6 June 1878 in the Catholic Church in Killavullen.  The Witnesses were William O'Donovan and Julia Sullivan.

Patrick ODonovan died at Garranachole on 26 December 1901.  From his death record he was married, aged 60 years, a farmer.  Present at his death and the Informant of it to the Civil Registrar was Mary O'Donovan, Garranachole.

DONOVAN - At his residence, Guarraneachole, Killavullen, Patrick Donovan.  Deeply regretted.  Funeral through Mallow on this day (Saturday) for Grenagh at 11 o'clock.  R.I.P.

Norah Donovan died at Shonee on 22December 1928.  From her death record she was a widow, aged 76 years, a farmer's wife.  Present at her death and the Informant of it to the Civil Registrar was Thos Donovan, son, of Shonee.
