Margaret O'Driscoll was a daughter of Michael Driscoll and Ellen Hurley.

Margaret and her sister Kate sailed on the S.S. Carmania from Cobh on 3 September 1925 and arrived in New York on 13 Sep 1925.  From the ship's manifest we read:

Driscoll, Kate, 26, single. Calling is domestic. Mother is Mrs Ellen Driscoll, Leap P.O., Skibbereen, Co. Cork.  Going to cousin, Miss Mary Hurley, Slingerlands, New York

Barth McCarthy and Margaret O'Driscoll married in Manhattan, New York on 22 October 1928.  License No. 26637

Birth of son:

Patrick Joseph McCarthy, born 24 March 1929 in Dorchester S, MA.  died 30 Dec 1988 in San Francisco.
