Mary Donovan was a daughter of Michael Donovan and Hanora Nagle.

John Duggan and Mary Donovan married in the Catholic parish of Ardfield & Rathbarry on 18 February 1862.  The Witnesses were Michael Donovan and Timothy Donovan.

Mary Duggan died at Dunowen on 1 December 1921.  From her death record she was a widow, aged 87 years.  Present at her death and the Informannt to the Civil Registrar was Margaret Duggan of Dunowen, her daughter.
