In Griffith's Valuation for Deelish we see that Timothy Donovan holds just over 60 acres comprising house, offices and land in Plot 7.

Death:
Timothy Donovan died at Deelish on 3 October 1877.  From his death record he was married, aged 70 years, a farmer.  Present at his death and the Informant of it to the Civil Registrar was Pat Donovan of Deelish.
