Julia Sullivan was a daughter of Daniel Sullivan

Patrick Donovan and Julia A Sullivan married on 4 July 1857 in Concord, Merrimack, New Hampshire.

John Joseph Donovan, 8 Sep 1858 @ Rumney. he married Clara Isabel Nichols.  John died 9 Jan 1937 @ Bellingham, Washington

Katherine Ellen Donovan, 20 Feb 1860 @ Plymouth

Dennis Donovan, 6 Sep 1861 .  died the same day

Mary Agnes Donovan, 11 May 1863 @ NH.  married George W Lynch.  Mary died 3 Oct 1898 in Boston.

Julia Teresa Donovan, 23 July 1865 @ Plymouth

Daniel Peter Donovan, 9 June 1867 @ Plymouth.  married Florence L Jewell.  Daniel died 12 Oct 1910 @ Wellesley Hills, MA

Margaret Agnes Donovan, 20 June 1869 @ Plymouth.  married Augustine M Gilbert.  Margaret died 29 Apr 1925 @ plymouth

Charles LeBaron Donovan, 8 Oct 1875 @ Auburn, Maine. Charles died 9 July 1939 in Manatee County, FL

From the History of Plymouth, New Hampshire by E. S. Stearns and M. T. Runnels we read:

"DONOVAN
Patrick Donovan, son of Dennis, b. Ireland, March 17, 1829. At a season of scarcity and unrest in Ireland, and while New England was inviting the labor of willing hands, with many of his countrymen he left the beloved island of his fathers, and arrived in Boston in the autumn of 1850.  He was employed in the construction of the B. C. & M. R.R., and subsequently he had supervision of the road bed from Plymouth to Rumney over thirty years.  He has lived in Plymouth since 1852.  He m. July 4, 1857, Julia Sullivan, b. 1836, dau. of Daniel Sullivan. She d. May 29, 1879.  He d. Oct 24, 1902."
