Honora Buckley was a daughter of Bartholomew Buckley and Mary Buckley.

Denis Buckley and Honora Buckley married in Clondrohid in the Diocese of Cloyne on 4 February 1845.  The marriage witnesses were John Buckley and Patrick Buckley.

Denis Buckley died 13 May 1905 in Rathduane.  From his death record he was a widower, aged 84 years, a farmer.  Present at his death and the Informant of it to the Civil Registrar was Denis Buckley, grandson of Rathduane.

Honora Buckley is buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Millstreet in Plot  210.   Inscription: ERECTED BY DENIS BUCKLEY OF RATHDUANE IN MEMRY OF HIS WIFE HANORIA WHO DIED MARCH THE 2ND 1886.
