Timothy Buckley
A solemn high mass for patrolman, Timothy Buckley, 67, for 34 years a member of the Somerville Police Department, will be held at 9 tomorrow in St Ann's Church, Medford st., Somerville. He died Monday at his home, 474 Medford st., Somerville. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
Patrolman Buckley was appointed to the reserve Oct. 24, 1912 and was assigned to the regular force April 22, 1915. For many years he covered the Gilman-sq. area.
Besides his wife, Hannah, he leaves six children, Rosemany, Agnes, Mary Buckley, all of Somerville and Timothy Buckley Jr., Wollaston; John J. Buckley of Medford; and Sister. Mary Bosco, Order of St. Joseph, St. Agnes' Convent, Arlington.
Hannah Buckley died on 11 December 1948.
