Kate Donovan was a daughter of Patrick Donovan and Mary Donovan.

Patrick Casey, a publican of Glandore and Kate Donovan of Ahatubber married on 3 February 1907 in the Catholic Church in Kilmacabea.  The witnesses were Tim Casey and Mary Hurley.

Patrick Casey died on 16 July 1954 at Glandore.  From his death record he was married, aged 85 years, an O.A.P.  Present at his death and the Informant of it to the Civil Registrar was Lawrence Casey, his son of Glandore.
Kate Casey of Rushanes died in Skibbereen hospital on 5 September 1956.  From her death record she was a widow, aged 75 years, a vintner's widow.
