Ellen Lynch was a daughter of Patrick Lynch and Honora Buckley.

David Burns of Aherla and Ellen Lynch of Scart married in the Catholic Church in Cloughduv on 27 June 1895.  The marriage witnesses were Daniel Lynch and Honora Lynch
