George Wellington Lordan was a son of John Joseph Jr. Lordan and Florence Ellen Wellington.
Lela Mary Lynch was a daughter of Denis Francis Lynch and Rita Frances Burkett.

Dennis Lordan. Dennis F Lordan b May 12 1954 in Boston, d March 20, 2015 in Falmouth, MA Dennis F. Lordan of Plymouth passed away on March 30, 2015 at Cape Cod Hospital. He was born in Boston on May 12,1954. The only son of George W. Lordan and Lela M. Lordan. He loved the ocean and was a shell fisherman on Cape Cod when he was younger. Later on he became a counselor and enjoyed helping others. He loved music and his family.

OBITUARY
State Police Sgt. George W. Lordan, 36, of 26 Turner St., Brighton was fatally stricken yesterday by an apparent heart attack while on duty in the Holden barracks.
The father of four was working in the photo laboratory when he collapsed. He was found by fellow troopers.
A native of Brighton, he joined the State Police April, 1948. He was promoted to corporal July 1, 1957, and special officer sergeant Nov. 8 1957. He was the barracks police photographer.
Sgt Lordan was a veteran of World War II. He leaves a wife, Lela; four children, Ellen, 8; Susan, 6; Dennis, 5; and Lela, 2; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Lordan; a brother, John, and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Carey, all of Brighton.
A solemn mass of requiem will be sung Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Columbkille’s Church in Brighton.
