Attracta was a daughter of Daniel J. and Catherine (Owens) Maguire.
She passed away at St. Elizabeths Hospital in Brighton on Thursday, July 28, 2011 after a brief illness. Attracta was born in Belfast, Ireland and was educated there. She immigrated to Braintree in 1958. She and her brother then moved to Brighton in the 1970s.
