Ellen Maguire was a daughter of John Maguire and Catherine Hayes.
Joseph Brien, a Dairyman, of Gurrane and Ellen Maguire of Cashloura married on 9 February 1869 in the Catholic Church in Drimoleague. The Witnesses were John McCarthy and William McCarthy.
