A post on Ancestry.com on 25 Aug 2001 included text "I too had relatives named Donovan that were from County Cork, Ireland. Some of mine were Michael Donovan married to Mary Lynch, they had a son (my Great Great Grandfather) John Donovan who married Sarah A. Cull. They had a son James F. Donovan, who married Margaret Rita Walsh. (James is my grandfather and he was born in Newton, Massachusetts in 1877."
