Ormond St. Nenagh Co. Tipperary Ireland
Jackie Spearman, Master Plasterer and Artisan, husband of Philomena, and father of Barry, Michelle and Claire, died suddenly at the young age of 66years. Jackie came from a long line of Master Plasterers, whose workmanship and attention to detail was known throughout the county. Music and Fishing were Jackies two main passions in life. He had a fine Tenor voice and appeared in many shows with the Nenagh Choral Society. But Jackie was happiest with a dapping rod in his hand out on his beloved Lough Derg during the Mayfly season. No other thoughts entered Jackies mind during the month of May except fishing. He was known to have jumped off a roof where he was working when someone told him "the fly was up". Playing the piano at a singsong in one of his favourite pubs surrounded by his many friends was another of his talents. He is sadly missed by all who knew him.
