In the Tithe Applotment Books for Clogagh in the year 1826 we see that 158 acres of land is held by John, Richard and Francis Kingston.

In Griffith's Valuation we see Richard Kingston has a house, offices and almost 31½ acres of land

An example of the challenges in tracing family genealogy, even with the benefit of DNA comparisons, can be demonstrated with this family.  If we look at the children, Rebecca and John we see that Rebecca Kingston married Michael Donovan, born Brulea.  One of their children was Rebecca Donovan.  This Rebecca Donovan married Jerry Donovan whose older sister, Mary Donovan had married John Kingston, a brother of Rebecca Kingston.
