Timothy Burke was a son of Michael Burke and Johanna Donovan of Drimoleague.
Catherine Connolly was a daughter Jeremiah Connolly and Johanna Sullivan of Dromasta.

Timothy Burke of Gurrane and Catherine Connolly of Dromasta married in Drimoleague Catholic Church on 5 March 1878.  The Marriage Witnesses were Daniel Driscoll and Margaret Connolly.  From the extract from the State Marriage Register below we see that Timothy's father, Michael Burke, was deceased.

Katherine Burke died at Dromasta on 22 August 1924.  From her death record ahe was a widow, aged 67 years, a farmer's widow.  Present at her death and the Informant to the Registrar was her daughter, Mary Burke.
