Catherine Duggan was a daughter of John Duggan and Elizabeth Galvan.

John Sullivan was a son of John Sullivan

John O'Sullivan of Rosscarbery and Catherine Duggan of Shannon Street, Bandon married in St. patrick's Church in Bandon on 6 March 1886.  The Witnesses were John Stephenson and Catherine Walsh.

Death:
John Sullivan died on 11 June 1892 at Shannon Street, Bandon.  From his death record he was married, aged 28 years, a mail car driver.  Present at his death and the Informant of it to the Civil Registrar was Kate Sullivan his widow of Shannon St.

 

 Catherine Duggan's second marriage to Timothy McCarthy 

Timothy McCarthy was a son of James McCarthy

Timothy McCarthy, a baker, of Church St., Bandon and Catherine Sullivan (born Duggan), a widow and dressmaker married in the Catholic Church of St. Patrick in Bandon on 24 September 1892.  The marriage witnesses were Richard Twohig and Margaret Sullivan.

Kate McCarthy late of St. Patrick's Quay died 31 January 1946 at Bandon Hospital.  From her death record she was a widow, aged 75 years.  Buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Bandon
